Restorative Yoga for Deep Rest & Renewal (33-Minute Practice)
Welcome to your restorative practice. This 33-minute journey is designed to guide you into a space of deep rest, release, and renewal. Led by Julianne Arce, this practice invites you to slow down, soften, and be fully supported—body, mind, and spirit.
Using optional props such as a bolster, pillow, and two blocks, you will move through gentle, fully supported postures that encourage deep relaxation and nervous system reset. The session begins with mindful breathwork and a guided body scan before transitioning into three restorative poses:
✨ Child’s Pose with Support – A gentle forward fold to release tension and invite a sense of surrender.
✨ Reclined Butterfly Pose – Opening the heart and hips while being fully supported for effortless relaxation.
✨ Legs Up the Wall – A full-body reset to ease stress, improve circulation, and cultivate stillness.
The practice closes with Savasana, The Final Pose, a moment of deep integration where you are reminded that rest is not a luxury—it is essential.
Whether you are seeking restoration from a long day, a reset for the nervous system, or simply a moment to be held, this practice offers a sacred space to return home to yourself.
